My name: George Khalife

Program: Telfer School Of Management
Option: International MAnagement
Year of study: 1
Age: 18
Hobbies: Bodybuilding, basketball, music, friends, nutrition, business, and travelling





I got a late start in fitness, I was one of those awkward, lanky, clumsy kids who always got picked last when choosing teams in PE class – not athletic in the slightest. I really didn’t do anything fitness wise till I was 16 and started lifting weights. After starting to lift weights, a wonderful thing happened. My confidence and self-esteem skyrocketed and I wasn’t painfully shy any more. With my newfound strength and confidence I discovered that I actually liked sports! I completely lack natural athletic ability but I found that I could get better with practice. After three years of hard work, dedication, and commitment I finally developed the body I always dreamed of. Going to the gym and eating healthy is no longer something I have to do but rather something I want to do. I made the choice of maintaing this lifestyle for ever. I go to the gym 5 times a week and put alot of time and effort into preparing the right foods and workout routines that will enable me to continue in the right path to making my body bigger, better, and badder.

The purpose of my wiki is to help others understand what natural bodybuilding is all about. I want to help them understand how to start eating right, training effectively, and resting properly. This wiki will also help ease some of the confusions people have about supplements, training routines, and bodybuilding myths. I got fed up with how fitness and bodybuilding had become nothing more than another big business run by money hungry corporations. I was looking for some fitness info on the web and I was disgusted that the only thing that came up were slimy ones all trying to push expensive books, newsletters, and supplements. Bodybuilding has done a lot for me and I wanted to give back to the community by showing them the right path to take when starting the bodybuilding journey and informing them on whats effective and whats bullshit.
